A child’s concho belt in Mexican silver (featuring water creatures) being repurposed as a hat band. I’ll be wearing this every time my granddaughter visits until she can wear it as a belt.
Picked up a couple of hats for their hatbands from an online auction 60 miles from me.
The gray Resistol 3X had a leather band with five 1-3/4” x 1/2” sand-cast silver conchos each with a small turquoise stone.
The leather was brittle and just a bit short so will be replaced.
