Another good option is surfing JP auctions/sales ads for a used Vanson. I got a few amazing ones from there for 200-250USD. My model E has 65cm+ long sleeves as it is meant to be used on a bike. If you'd find something like that it might work very well for you.

Tall and slim is a rough ask for OTR jackets. Bordering on made-to-measure (or at least customized body and sleeve length) being mandatory. The chances of getting your first jacket perfect are pretty slim, whatever route you go. Going with makers that know what they are doing and...
My LW Ryder from JP is made out of thin and rather stretchy FQHH. The top coat is very bland, but you can see a lot of nice grain throughout the jacket. Otherwise construction seems pretty great. Can only really wear it layered as it's very roomy for a 34, especially in the arms and waist.
Jacket length is very subjective. Some like them shorter, some like them longer.
Personally I like them covering my belt but not my front pockets when wearing my typical rise denim.
Truckers are suppose to be shorter historically / by design.
In your case it looks just right from that one...
Today was a historic day in Tartu. They masterfully took down an iconic chimney and a large part of the local population came to see it. I went to see it as well, wearing my Vanson E.

Take time to understand what measurement ranges work best for you and don't ignore one important measurement that does not get mentioned at all - chest width (as opposed to pit to pit). Big difference between two jackets with the same pit to pit but 1" difference in chest width.
