    Today I used a "new" 1961 Fatboy for the first time, sweet, the best Fatboy I have ever had out of 6 or 7. 61 Fatboy Derby Blade Col Conk Pure Badger Brush Mama Bear Diogene's Club Soap Clubman AS Enough soap for 4 passes and BBS, with a first time razor. Unbelievable. I LIKE this razor.

    Kitty, as you now doubt have realized by now, there are a lot of good firearms out there. Try out as many as you can, see what feels right in your hand and you like shooting. Then you will practice more and become more proficient with it.

    Quig, wish I could pull off that look. But I did score big time today in some antique stores on razors. A gillette Fatboy with case, and an Aristocrat that cleaned up beautifully along with some other odds and ends.
