I think that you order the jacket, and when it is finished you send them what you owe them. I don't think there are other options - but I'm not sure. You can inquire before you put your order in!
I do own one. They are very nice jackets. Soft, slightly aged goatskin with the smaller sized light brown mouton collar which I prefer over the large fur collars. I would order a size up on your normal size unless you only wear a T-shirt under it. Sorry - I do not have any pics to post.
The Cockpit Vintage G-1 is very nice. The goatskin is just slightly aged and is soft but strong. If you are looking to wear something everyday this jacket is one you should look at before you buy!
The Pioneer looks like a 30's Half-Belt, just with smaller panels of leather sewn together. I would rather have one large piece of leather like the 30's and 50's HB style than the smaller panels, unless you prefer the look of the design the leather panels give to the look of the jacket. JMHO!

Never have been a big fan of the A-2. Too plain. But both would be a good choice for every day use, and I'm sure you will get a lot of wear time out of either one. It's a no lose situation!
