Definitely not Nike.
Everybody knows what that terrible companies swoosh logo looks like.
They were a skate shoe of this style, not the same shoe or anything but of the general type and obviously didn't have these panels on the side.
They are a basic black low top like a vans but have a white shape kind of along these lines on the side higher up towards the ankle.
Now I'm starting to think they may just be some kind of special variant of a shoe.
Like for a band or certain skater or something.
They're not something I'd wear, but today I saw somebody wearing a pair of shoes I remember being popular when I was in middle school back in the 2000's.
we were poor and I never really tried to be cool or popular so I always had air walks, but I remember these being most popular along with...
Will do.
They're currently running a couple weeks behind on production so it'll be a bit.
It's alsi a triple digit norcal summer right now so I'm not sure I can do much more then try to break 'em in once they arrive.
Nothing particularly fashionable because I'm really not much of a fashion type ( really just here because I love American made jackets and American made boots ) but my go-to are the now discontinued US MADE Revo Heading X re4058.
They have a current facsimile made in Italy , but they're no...
I just went ahead and ordered a pair,I went with the cowhide in their saddle color.
I will update here and there on the boots in case anybody is interested, I could find no information or reviews online myself.
At $214 shipped for a boot made 100% in the USA ( theres not much to a Moccasin)...
I have a pair of their sheepskin Moccasin slippers and absolutely love them.
Well priced, comfortable ,good quality for the money, and American made.
I recently saw these on their site and thought they might make a good light duty day off kinda boot.
Really I just think they're cooler looking...
That's what I thought last week till it got down to vest wether a couple days ago then jacket weather since Monday.
It was high 80's and one or two days around 90° now back down to the low 60's with crazy high winds.
I have my CCS vest on under my jacket to, but some brass buttons I ordered to replace the original plastic buttons with arrived so I switched the buttons out.
I can't sew worth a darn ( I can stitch leather knife sheaths and pistol holsters though) but they're on there and not coming off...
It's been a few weeks since I've really needed to wear a jacket aside from at work, so I've just been wearing my grey wool vest from CCS.
It has been a great functional everyday piece for me.
I think I might get another one and replace the buttons with brass, if I don't just do that to this one.
I have a few but this one is my favorite, a BTS brass buckle from the 70's belonged to my grandmother.
she gave it to me sometime when I was a kid and I have worn it almost every day for the past 5 or 6 years after I found it in a box of my childhood cowboy get up with the stick horse and suede...
Wool vests definitely go well under a leather jacket for sure.
I also like how wearing a vest makes me feel a bit like a cowboy while I'm watching Gunsmoke, Bonanza, or one of my Favorite Clint movies.
They're also very practical for the extra pockets and pocket positions too , at least when...
Surprisingly my grey CCS vest arrived today and it's actually cooling down a bit so I will get to wear it some, the length is perfect, but a little roomy as I wanted since the last was a little tight.
I think this shorter length would have solved my issues with the last.
$112 and a few...
