    Most likely her hair is fingerwaved on the top and pin curled on the bottom. Or even a fingerwave that has been brushed out more on the bottom. It's probably best to use a very light setting lotion that can be brushed easily when dry. Her hair is probably about 2 inches longer than it appears.

    On Dec. 8th my Beauty school had a international competition. The category I entered was Hollywood Glamour updo. I competed against 130 other competitors and ended up placing 2nd!!! I wanted to share some photos.

    I'm shocked by that. I wonder how it is for other people. I always heard girls are easy when they're young and get complicated when they get older. Then, with boys I heard they're crazy when they're young and are easy when they're older.

    You could try a wet set before trying out the actual perm to see if you like the size of your curl. When you do get the perm make sure they put a neutralizer shampoo in. I remember a hairstylist forgetting and it caused a lady to have a big bald spot on top of her head.

    I've seen it where the base coat and the top coat are in the same bottle. I'd have to double check that, but I would think it wouldn't really matter. I wonder what the other ladies would say.
