And, thank you kind Sir for trying it for me! :D
Oh, yes, try lathering in the bowl as well. I usually face lather with soaps such as Col. Conk or Tabac on drill weekends if I'm in the field. However, I'm usually a bowl lather guy when I'm at the house or I'm on vacation.
More Samples
Hi All,
I just thought I would bump this up because I still have some free samples to send out.
Also, thanks! rmrdaddy for the kind words. I've really put my army (National Guard) buddies through the wringer on testing out all the prototypes. This is the first batch I...
Free Shaving Cream
Hi All,
I posted free shaving cream a few days ago on the Classified thread. If any one wants some, check out my post there.
After this weekend, I'll probably post the offer on badger and blade (another forum I post on frequently).
Best regards,
Slygi...

Bob Wills
You know, lately I've been listening to a lot of Bob Wills.
Good stuff, not your typical golden era music, but I really like it (being from TX and all).

Good Afternoon all,
I have some free shaving cream if you would like some.
I have been working on cherry almond scented shaving cream, designed to be used with a badger shaving brush. I got into making shaving cream/soaps a few years ago when I got into wet shaving. Because I have two...
Appreciated Today?
Only by a sub-culture, they would get no appreciation from the main stream.
Why? Not to sound crass but video really did kill the radio star. :(
Nice!
Great photos, thanks for posting.
I can't wait until the day when people dress up again to go to the store, go to parties, to travel, to go to the movies.
I hate it when I'm in the produce section of the market, and the fat un-showered guy in the wife beater t-shirt, shorts, and...
Great Picks
It looks like Silverbelly may be the way to go. Taupe Faun looks good too, but I'm not sure how I'll look in a Taupe (tan) hat.
I'll check out the other thread!
Glen Gray
I'm thinking of the Campdraft in Silverbelly for summer. Plus, it looks a little more casual to me. I figure I can wear it while I'm not in a suite or sport coat.
So the Campdraft in Silverbelly is a little tan?
I'm fairly pale, would the tan "wash" me out?
The Taupe Faun looks...
Ok, I have a quick question.
What is the color difference between a Moonstone, Glen Grey, and Silberbelly in hats.
I currently have a Stylemaster in Moonstone, and I'm thinking of getting a Campdraft in either Glen Grey or Silberbelly.
I love the Moonstone, but I don't want two hats...
OMG Yes
You bet!
I've had three basal cells removed from my scalp, and yesterday I had a squamous cell removed from my right cheek. And, I'm only 41. I must take care of myself or in ten more years, they'll have to remove ALL my skin!
Noggin shots of my stylemaster
Ok, here are a couple of noggin shots. The dressing is due to the squamous cell I had removed this morning.
and here
I would love to take more, but I must run out the door and pick the kids up from daycare. :D
