It is a classic that is worth reading. Like other potential writers who perished in WW2(such as John Gillespie Magee who wrote the poem "High Flight") Stiles' talents would never be developed and appreciated. War is truly wasteful.

The wonderful thing about being able to buy and sell on line(or a thrift store) is that you are never really stuck with something you aren't satisfied with.

As a pilot myself, any exposure to a new aircraft is educational. Getting a close up of systems and experiencing flight in a jet fighter would be something any aviator would benefit from. Learning something new about aviation is certainly an education.
