Well, here are some pics of thee Model 10, found out it was built in 1909! Discovered it has some nice grain in the buttstock, as you can see the bluing is pristine on the left side but looks like someone got careless on the right. Than I threw in a pic of "Grandpa and Grandson" the Model 10...
Man, what a problem picking up my latest waif, a Remington Model 10 12 Gauge. Went to pick it up and we took it down to check it out. Came apart beautifully, but when we went to remount the barrel, it would not go together! The dealer called a local gunsmith who knows these old beasts and he got...

Well I made a trade today for a Savage 1907 in .32. Can't pick it up til Friday though thanks to Illinois' 3 day waiting period..........grumbles. Oh and a Remington Model 10 shotgun too.

Man, I do love the 870s, tough as nails.
Here's one I picked up the other day, a Romanian Carpati Model 74 in .32ACP/7.65. This thing was filthy and had the heaviest DA trigger I have ever seen on a handgun, including the H&K VP70! SA wasn't too bad. After a serious cleaning, the DA trigger pull...
Okay, nothing to fear about Glocks, just be extra careful about the trigger getting something caught inadvertently. The little 42s and 43s, use a pocket holster like a Desantis Nemesis, put the gun in the holster, THEN put the whole thing in your pocket. The small Kahrs have excellent triggers...
