    It depends by the model: I've a russet "Bill Kelso" model, it's skin tight (which I love) and sharp looking, other jackets like the RWare more roomy.

    Bill Kelso is based in Europe, but they make custom jackets of high quality. BTW we have the same problem, I've a 39" chest and a 29" waist.

    I'm not experienced with Vanson, but Aero would do the job, even if the HWM is a little bigger than a 141. Alternatively you can get a Schott Tracker in horsehide.
