Aero 9 months + wait, is this common ?

Exactly, it just seems to be another link in the chain that adds to the potential for complication. I could understand if Aero did not ship to the USA or something, but as they do it is rather easier to go directly to them and deal with them than a third party. If anything it would seem going...

    any other "unworthy" lurkers?

I feel exactly the same, sadly, it isn't practical for me to always dress in vintage attire so I do, as you do, and try and incorporate vintage items in my day to day wardrobe. Quite often it's easier for me to get away with wearing a hat, than a whole vintage suit or the like. So yes I do...

    What are you wearing today??

No, they are given to police officers from the UK who go on secondments to overseas countries to help police or to train the police there. I was wearing mine due to having been to a meeting about an upcoming function :D

The coat I wish I could afford

I've always liked the style of this jacket, but hated the material, it'd be perfect for me if it was in a single solid colour and maybe a few inches shorter, but I love the cut.

    Stop for Nazi posts?

In my mind both are equally abhorrent, and all harkens to that mindset of "oh well, as long as torturing this chap saves one XYZish life then it's OK"...

    Stop for Nazi posts?

We've slaughtered our fair share of Johnny Foreigner, for various reasons. You say that people who are interested in Nazis should visit the camps. Yet you also subscribe to the view that all Germans in the military should have been killed. Can you not see the hypocrisy of your argument, and...

    Stop for Nazi posts?

I think it is important that people learn from history, and the Nazis were indeed a part of history, that we learn that much of what happened during the war (on behalf of both sides) were atrocities, and this should not be allowed to happen again. Should we glorify the Nazis? No of course not...

    Stop for Nazi posts?

I'm not sure it is fair to say that all Germans during the war period were "criminals in uniform"...

Which decade is the worst in terms of style?

In the UK I would have to say the 1990s, because at the early part of the decade we were brought a resurgence in shell suits, bum bags and kappa type jackets. Not only was it the worst in terms of style it was also the most flammable.
