My take is if you can't drink like a Gentleman you should leave it alone.
All that Rat Pack BS that you're not a real man unless your half drunk all the time is just that.
I'd never trust a drunk, they'll always let you down at the worse possible time.
Back during my home brewing days I made a Barleywine.
I did a 12 lb mash consisting of 7 lbs of 6 row barley malt, 2 lbs of victory malt , 1lb of Carapils malt, 1 lb dark crystal malt and 1 lb of wheat malt.
During the boil I added 6 lbs of pale malt extract, 1 lbs of dark brown and a bottle...
I did some research, turns out Demons was canceled in the UK after 6 episodes.
I don't know why BBC America is touting this as the next great hit when no more new episodes are going to be made after the original 6.
I'm really disappointed, I think it's a great show, classic story line of...
Anybody watching Demons on BBC America?
Great show, I haven't watched primetime American network TV in ages.
I've always like the British sitcoms and dramas over what the networks in this country produce.
That's one of the myths that Gillette perpetuated when they abandon the DE for cartridge razors, when it really was all about $$$.
I remember them having a commercial where they referred to the DE as
"Old Ironsides" as in obsolete, funny how Old Ironsides and DE razors are still afloat while...
Bogie's character's transformation in Sierra was IMO his finest work as an actor.
He starts out as a normal Joe down on his luck, we get to see him change during the search and finding of the Gold.
He becomes a man who's greed and paranoia causes him to turn on his friend and ultimately leads...
I lived in the SF bay area during the 80s when the San Jose PBS station used to air Dr Who and I have all the 1st 5 Doctor Who episodes on VHS tape (don't know if they're still playable)
I lost interest with the 6th and 7th Doctors which I didn't like, especially Colin Baker and his clown suit...
Bull Mastiff Ultra Lite with a NEW head and a Feather Blade.
TOBS Mr Taylor.
Think the Feather is a bit too aggressive for the NEW head as I got a couple nicks on the back of my head.
I've tried it and didn't notice any difference.
Razor blades are run through a series of operations which grind, sharpen and hone the edge. Anything done to the blade beside installing it in the razor then taking it out to bin it are more likely to degrade the edge then enhance it.
You might want to try a Gillette NEW with long Combs.
The long turned over combs makes finding and maintaining proper blade angle much easier then the Old Type and short comb NEW.
Also many opened combed razors are very picky on which blades they prefer and will give a lousy harsh shave with...
Samantha, my Maine Coon is 14 and still quite active, though she doesn't jump onto the top of the amorie anymore.
She's a Torbie (patched tabby) and in cat shows they're classified with the Calico's and Tortoise Shell's as the "Party Girls".
