    I wear an a-shirt every single day. I also wear white boxers. I toss them out and replace them when the material starts to show a lot of wear or they get holes in them, other than that, they're still in good condition, why get rid of them?

    Unfortunately, finding a good old fashioned barber who will give you a massage and a shave isn't as easy for most people as it used to be. If you live in the right place, you might be lucky, but I know from experience that finding a good barber can be pretty hard to do.

    That doesn't really seem like such a dumb idea to me. I should have thought of that. Why do I wait until I go to bed to brush when I'm not eating anything between dinner and sleep anyway? Oh yeah, I smoke, so maybe brushing before bed is still the best route for me...[huh]

    I'm probably too late to be eligible for the prize, but count me in. I've been doing it for the last few days anyway, along with trying to eat healthier, exercising and cutting out soda. The candy bowl at my work, along with the empty calories in alcoholic beverages will be my downfall.
