I'm not sure I have a full 10, and I only own a few of these now (so the pics are borrowed, hope you don't mind)
Navy Blue Wool "Flatcap" (this picture is old... (2006) I like to think my beard makes the hat look better on me now) :p
Newsboy Cap similar to the one featured below (Sean...
See, I grew up in Europe in a small town where compliments, honor, courage, and respect are still valued. When I moved back to the USA for University I had a lot of readjusting, and one of the biggest was: every time I tried to compliment a woman they thought I was either flirting or being...
Really liking the Tyler-T on that .357 in the middle! It has a way of "finishing" the handle without drawing from the elegance of the S&W grips...
Still working on the medallion I'll embed in the grips, but here's a preview of a pair of S&W 28s I designed on my computer & want to put...
Those are some fine autos Twaits!
HD, that's exactly my take on things... while I will shoot any gun I own, I will take care of it regardless of whether or not it's engraved...
Care to post some pics so we can see? :D I like looking at other people's guns, it lets me evaluate my likes and...
While I would agree with the others as to not being fond of the shortness of the barrel, I want to remind everyone that
1. as Kirk said: It's his gun, if he likes it, so should it be.
2. It's already done. Telling him it's awful isn't going to change that.
3. This is his first day on the forum...
Welcome to The Fedora Lounge! That's a great gun! (in either "format") ;) {Although I personally prefer at least a 2in bbl, even better a 4"}
Looks similar to one I saw on gunbroker that I posted in the Vintage Concealed Carry thread:
There isn't exactly a "probationary time", it's just a...
How far back are we talking? Thanks to my aunt we have a decent "tree" lined out, going all the way back to the Buchanan & Stuarts at Culloden, William Prince of Orange, Henri de la Tour d'Auvergne (Vicomte de Turenne), and some crazy Norman Barron I can't recall the name of... :p
In more...
Well, what's the setting?
When I was writing a story loosely based on my great grandfather who was in the Swedish army back in 1903, I went out to the shooting range when I got writers block; When writing a story set in the "Pioneer Days" I chopped wood with an old axe... when writing about...
I have to agree with everyone else, it would seem to be some type of "bulldog" snubbie, perhaps similar to this one in it's original form...
(Seller's Description):
"THIS IS A 6 SHOT APPROX. .32 CAL. FOLDING TRIGGER VEL DOG REVOLVER MADE IN LIEGE BELGUIM IN THE 1880'S."
I wondered what happened to the verse... :p I copied over the lyrics that were posted under the video online, since I couldn't remember all of it... thank you for adding them!
1927 Hudson Super-Six!
What I would give to be the proud owner!!!!:eusa_doh:
Later in the era:
1934 Chevy coupe
1938 Chevrolet Master Deluxe 4 door sport sedan
SO many to choose from!! I don't even know if I could make a "top ten", but at the moment the two that are stuck in my head are "Singing in the Rain" by Sinatra -
Why am I smiling, and why do I sing?
Why is December as sunny as spring?
Why do I get up each morning to start
happy and "het-up"...
I couldn't resist!

Let me take a moment to say I do not agree with every ad; they've been posted for the viewing of others and does not mean I share their "values"... ;)
She probably thought that only Muslims wear head-scarves, and that you were wearing it "wrong" and your laughter was mockery... not saying you're at fault, just that she probably assumed you were intentionally doing it to mock her beliefs... I guess that's what comes of this media battle, both...
from the inside
no, thankfully I've been blessed by a wife that will leave me be if I tell her I want some time alone in my man cave. (as long as I don't come out smelling like tobacco or another woman's perfume, that is!) ;)
Someone said they wanted a hidden TV? ;)...
I am thinking more along those lines, more of a "lounge" than an office... I already have a job where I stay cooped up in a place like this...
I want a place to relax but that I could conduct some "off-duty" business (so not a sauna) ;)
PS I'm not a cop myself I just like detectives of that...
It probably was a lucky shot, but some people really are "just that good"
Like Phillip said
or
it's how much practice you put into it... ;)
And, of course, where you place your shots...

On the note of showing OUR guns, I'm still trying to figure out how many posts it takes...
