Alterations of Aero jackets, aftermarket
I have almost the same drop (44"-->32") and my Sheene fits fine with a standard back. My Sheene is just a regular size 40, no drop sizing or anything like that. I'd look for anything in Aero's cafe racer pattern, it should fit you fine with no alteration.- VestCoast

The M-65 runs pretty large, I found a regular small in perfect condition at a thrift shop--with no liner I can wear it comfortably over layers. I'm 5'10" and 180 so smalls are not usually in the mix for me.- VestCoast

New Aero D-Pocket Ridley-Blackened Brown Vicenza
Not a ton of color evolution yet. The overdye seems to be pretty colorfast. You could certainly wear this jacket more than I currently do as I have a fair number of jackets at this point.- VestCoast
