    Engineer Boots, Harness Boots...

Yeah, I'll be in the SF area in a few weeks though so I might see if I can make it out there to try them on. The waxed flesh looks fantastic, and I've always like the shorter shaft on the Vibergs.

    Engineer Boots, Harness Boots...

Was looking at the 2060 last at S&S, looks like its the 2030 last with more instep room.

Anyone have experience sizing the Viberg engineer? Wear a 10.5E or D in the Wesco boss and it looks like Viberg would be a 9.5?

    Sorry, meant midsole.

I like the opening but the welt seems massive on this design, particularly on the heel.

    Alterations of Aero jackets, aftermarket

I have almost the same drop (44"-->32") and my Sheene fits fine with a standard back. My Sheene is just a regular size 40, no drop sizing or anything like that. I'd look for anything in Aero's cafe racer pattern, it should fit you fine with no alteration.

    Anyone with Red Wing 2966?

I've got the steel toed version (2968) and wear it in the same size as the IR and Beckmans.

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

Totally feel that, such a let down when the fit doesn't work.

Which of your jackets gets the most attention?

Take this swatch and pass it to your left.

Which of your jackets gets the most attention?

I just imagine you in front of a blackboard with "Shinki vs. Chromexcel--Please Discuss" written on it.

Freewheelers rude black wear and tear patina etc

So just to be clear rude black is dyed black all the way through with a grey overcoat? In all seriousness though this thread is hilarious.

How many new jackets do you have coming (and how many potential ones)?

The M-65 runs pretty large, I found a regular small in perfect condition at a thrift shop--with no liner I can wear it comfortably over layers. I'm 5'10" and 180 so smalls are not usually in the mix for me.

New Aero D-Pocket Ridley-Blackened Brown Vicenza

Not a ton of color evolution yet. The overdye seems to be pretty colorfast. You could certainly wear this jacket more than I currently do as I have a fair number of jackets at this point.

Picked these up from the classifieds, can't wait to break them in. Leather is the nicest I've seen on a boot to date. Selfedge has it listed as aniline dyed chromexcel leather, but it doesn't seem to be from Horween.

    Strange Ebay screw up

The buyer has no choice about where their money goes so it is likely that your listing had the older email. You can check whether it was on your end by going to the transaction record and hitting relist similar, a new listing draft will auto populate and you can check which email the listing...

    Iron Heart Deerskin Shirt

With you on this one. An unlined deerskin western seems like an easy wearer but I don't see why this costs the same as full on IH leather jackets.

What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

The C & O Railman's is peak wabash. The one that Willie Watson made for himself is so beautifully broken in. Nice pick up!
