Can a vintage car still be driven as a daily driver?

What essential questions should I ask the dealer when purchasing the car? Obviously, he won't tell me everything unless I insist on finding the answers. There's a very reputable vintage car dealership in my neck of the woods that I would not mind buying from, when the time comes.

Hello Loungers, I'm looking for a clean vintage felt fedora, particularly one with a brim over 2", sizes mentioned in thread title. If anyone is willing to let go of their wee-head lids, shoot some offers!

What Hat Are You Wearing Today 1?

Sexy hat. Borsalino seems to be among the highest respected hatters on the Lounge. Your hat reminded me why i want a Borsa. Is this example 40s?

My first boater, a 1940s (guessing latter half of the decade) Stetson Medalist. I love the "pillow" inside this one.

I respect that, just didn't expect repeated use of such personal details, deviating from the thread topic.

    Show us your TIES

Whoa, that's a wonderful lot of finds. I especially like the simplicity of the red foulard ties. I should probably swap some of my bold ties for those staid but cool ties, like this one. If you ever want crazy bold look ones, hit me up to trade:D

The Thread to Display Your 1930s Suits

Hmph, how disheartening. I suppose the search in NY will have to be called off. I suppose most of the golden era goodies in the US are lost in the Midwest, but Dinerman is continually excavating those ;)

The Thread to Display Your 1930s Suits

Are you positive? I'd rather not give up on the search entirely. I was given names of possible stores to search, so i thought "why not?".

    What are you wearing today??

What a flashy 20's style your boyfriend has. Is he mostly repro or true vintage? The hat looks genuine!

Can a vintage car still be driven as a daily driver?

Tell me about it. When I'm ready to buy, clearing garage space will be half the battle.

Ask a question, get an answer

What materials do I need to clean my hat (felt, straw, sweatbands, liner)?

Can a vintage car still be driven as a daily driver?

Maybe I should have prefaced that I live on the outskirts of a city, and not in the backcountry ;)
