    Peaky Blinders???

I had in Germany a universal region player but that was years ago. It worked very well with no problems. I too thought about getting one again because I have the Band of Brothers and The Lighthorsemen that are in other regions.

Driving golden era cars in the modern era

I drive my 31 as often as the weather allows. I have driven on interstates but not by choice and not very far. Most modern car drivers respect the age of my car and understand I don't drive and can't drive as fast as they do. I get more smiles than I do angry frowns.

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

This is not a forum to celebrate the past but a forum to bash the present, lay blame and whine for their own misfortune. Get a life!!!!!!!!!!! As it was earlier stated but now deleted, some spend time in their preferred era and bash the rest. Take off your blinders, History is not and never will...

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

I don't live in Maine..................It was $4.25 for a whole lobster in 1962 when I was there, why does it cost almost $30.00 now here and in New York, what does it cost there?????? Hamburger is pretty cheap here right now..............must be do that completely different location of...

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

Politicians have no age limit............some Greatest Generation are still very active in politics all the way down to Generation Y. Fast Food chains were started in the early 50s. If the post -Baby Boomer population never had any power, sounds like a cop-out for not stepping up to the plate, I...

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

Basically people do not like to be included in a general statement by a person with a shallow mind and goes through life with blinders on. I and hundreds of thousand other Baby-Boomers do not like to be associated along side pot/dope smoking, flag burner hippies which what I've seen here is, one...

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

The remaining must had a lawful reason. Just because you say 15,000 were convicted doesn't explain the rest, you leave the reader thinking the rest escaped being caught. Misleading statistic. Same with the Vietnam statistics. One side of my family bought their way out of the Civil war...

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

Where's the Baby-Boomer blame for today's obesity??? The McDonald's Corporation is the world's largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, serving around 68 million customers daily in 119 countries across 35,000 outlets.Headquartered in the United States, the company began in 1940 as a...

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

Nobody wants to go off to war, if they do they soon find out how stupid they were, even a soldier is the last person who wants a war. But wars happen and people have to fight in them. I guess I could blame your generation for only being the 1% of the whole populace that now serve the...

Why were the 70s such a tacky decade?

Making movies/TV shows about the past is as old and as common as just that. Just like futuristic movies/TV shows do the same....they both make money and appeal to those who have that interest. Condemning a generation that makes something for intertainment is not freedom to do so. Don't shoot the...
