This one is marked sized 7, but that is the UK size. Its actually an American Size 7 1/8. Gorgeous hat that's priced to move. This is an Austrian Seal Velour....the best velour ever made. No modern hat will ever come close to this beauty...- Joshbru3

Pre- 1940s Stetson dress hats.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Vic, I have never seen that 4X logo before. That's spectacular!! That stacked 2 on 1 reorder tag is super early. Definitely early 1900's. I have only seen that tag once before and its on one of the Stetson derbies that I own. -

Thank you so much, Eric. Your kinds words truly mean a lot to me. The first thing I did to the Straw Open Road was use my jiffy steamer to "pop" out the old creases and get as much of the original crease out with steam. That being said, you have to be careful because too much steam can dry out... -

THANK YOU very much everyone!! Panama straw is pretty tricky to work with because even when wet, there is always the chance of breaking the straw or separating the weave. I was holding my breath the whole time but I really love the way it turned out and can't wait to wear it this summer! Thanks... -
