    very true, very true! if you really have an urge for something sweet, yogurt parfaits are great! (we use soy yogurt in my house, which is really good!) just buy some of that, blueberries, strawberries, peaches, what-have-ya, and some granola and there you go! it's yummy as a dessert...

    Okay I've decided to join this crusade! My only issue is that I have a very fluctuating schedule. Sometimes I have to be at work at 4:15 a.m., other days I have to be in at 1:15 p.m., etc. It's pretty ridiculous. My eating habits are waaaaay messed up. I've been doing 3 sets of 20 crunchies...
