one of my professors puts a special paragraph in her morning class syllabus telling students to get dressed before coming to class...she doesn't want to see pajamas at all...
here in northeast oregon we have like a foot of snow that has been slowly melting during warmer days of like 40 degrees...still gets down to like 25 at night but otherwise it is really nice...in december and early january we must have gotten two or three days of close to 6 inch snowstorms and...
Caz,
that schofield is really cool...it is my favorite 'old west' iron...is that the S&W repro?
holds up well against the ol' Dirty Harry(?) above it lol
yep, accuracy takes a lot of practice...it seems accuracy with the sig takes much much more...i realized this while shooting my fathers p228...but i'm sold with the comfortable grip...i swear it was made for my hand, but thats just me...i'm more than willing to do the extra practice to become...
you're very right...i think it's what i call "top heavy"...there is a lot more firearm above the hand and it throws the balance way off once you get down to a couple rounds...the 6906 has more balance (i guess that it the right way to say put it...) however the sig has a very very comfortable...

shoulda slapped the man for that foolishness...
...just got a new cleaning kit for my 'arms...off to the range as soon as this damned ice age decides to thaw...

quick question...anybody know when external extractors on 1911s were first made or introduced? i was thinking it was a more modern addition by S&W but i'm not sure...thanks...
i'm going to take a guess here that Hollywood may have contributed to that with Die Hard and Lethal Weapon...maybe not all the credit but it can't be denied that Hollywood has an influence on trends...whether it be fashion, firearms, or whatever...
