Vintage Hairstyling by Lauren Rennalls How much did you guys pay for Vintage Hairstyling by Lauren Rennalls? I can only find it for a some what good price on Amazon. $40 does seem a little high but it looks like a great book. Every where else is asking $100 or more. -

Must go to Walgreens! Today while I was at Walgreens I saw some Kiss brand nails that were red with the half moon black. They were packaged as "Halloween" but still very exciting! :D -

What do you do when you leave the house then hate your outfit?
I make an effort to pick out my outfit the night before. Try it on to make sure it does all go together well. Sometimes that means trying on half my closet till I get it right. :c) If only it was as easy to put things back on the hanger then to take them off. lol- buddy5909

I feel the SAME way about my mom. She'll asks me, "who's singing that song?" and it could even be a song from her generation and she won't know. I have self taught myself hair and make-up because Lord knows my mom knows NOTHING about any of it. lol- buddy5909

I did it! I got my hair cut into a middy. Now to figure the best way to style it. My hairdresses did some pincurls and had me sit under the dryer. They didn't turn out the best. She hadn't done them since beauty school. I was going to try to save them but. they have mostly fallen out with... -

I'm getting my hair cut and will post before and after pics. I've talked to her about cutting a middy. Will see. I'm getting a lot cut off. My hair is mid back and I plan on a middy/chin length or shorter cut. Fingers crossed. :) -

I Love Lucy Maternity Dress
I bought this dress at a second hand store. The dress is hand made and has no size in it. Dress is dark blue with white polka dots. Makes me think of I Love Lucy.
