Wait until you get the Black Cherry OG, you'll love it. I just got mine today (haven't had the time to take any pics yet) and I can't take it off. It's a GREAT color (and....my first VS).

I would think that the cardboard hatbox would be fine. After all, the hats ship in those boxes all the time and (usually) make it through without a problem....and that's in a more hostile environment than your car.

Marco, instead of a hat, how about wearing a sunvisor. I have a Scala raffia sunvisor that I can wear anywhere; no problems with hat etiquette issues. Mine clamps to my head like a pair of sunglasses, others go completely around your head and attach via velcro or a strap.

I have always worn a pocket square, sometimes even without a jacket. I, as yet, haven't noticed any resurgence in pocket square wearing. I hope that more folks DO adopt the habit as it adds a touch of panache to any suit or sports jacket.
