Getting some brim 'cupping out?
Here is my latest acquisition, a vintage Bond beaver/hare. Has a nice fat brim binding. The perceived problem I have is with the brim 'cupping'. The felt is very soft and floppy. How can I get it to a 'flatter' shape? -Water, steam, pixie dust? Here are some pics courtesy of my 9 year old... -

Which hat colour? Carbon or moonstone
He'll have to answer for sure, but i believe that in the larger sizes, the crown is the same size, so you get a pyramid effect as the bottom gets bigger. In contrast, my tiny 57 head produces a very bulbous 'lightbulb' shape in the Fed. -
