I just had a Right brain northern hawk owl amber brewed in Michigan. It went very well with my handcrafted burger from Sidetrack bar and grill in Ypsilanti. The building is from 1850 and they have a giant antique bar.
So far during my stay in Michigan I have tried two local beers: Ypsi Gypsi and Founder's Dirty ba***rd. The former was a little too citrus-y for me but the latter was dark black and delicious.
