Fear Itself (2008)
I thought it was pretty good, but was disappointed that the creature turned out to be so... ordinary. Also, the whole gun-running thing was too convenient (not that it mattered in the end). Why not make them city boys who bought drugs or something more realistic? Also, if the girls never...- Doh!

Seriously, "period correct" aliens would've been the better choice. I was thinking how dull the design was. Even the X-Files movie changed up the appearance of the "grays" a bit.- Doh!

Indy Review
I fully agree with both negative reviews above. I have no problem with an older Indy doing his thing -- as long as his thing takes place in the real world with real stunt people (when necessary) risking life and limb to create a real sense of danger. At no time in this movie did I feel...- Doh!

This might be blasphemy to die hard Harrison Ford fans, but maybe it's time to pull a James Bond and recast. That way, they could go with a younger version of the character (not Shia LeBouf) and set the new movies in the '30s again. Let's just hope they get a Daniel Craig and NOT a Roger...- Doh!

I liked the season finale, but now that they've gone into flat-out sci-fi territory, I'm a little disappointed. The time travel is one thing, but Ben ending up in the Arctic (or whatever really cold place that was) and literally moving the island now means that anything can happen so my...- Doh!

Who watches the WATCHMEN?
While I agree that an HBO miniseries would have been ideal, I hope they can make a solid movie out of such dense material, much like L.A. Confidential was a successful film from the VERY thick novel.- Doh!

This kicks the butt of what's on display at the Arclight: Mutt's motorcycle. Come on, of all the Indy stuff available, you show us the kid's ride?? Doesn't exactly scream "Indiana Jones" to me. Seriously, MK, that's a great display you put up.- Doh!

Early comic strips
A couple of years ago, I was fortunate enough to catch a traveling show of original comic art. The Litte Nemo art was truly beautiful, and the size of the originals was huge. It's amazing the McCay was able to crank something out every week!- Doh!
