Just scored an Alpha N-3B Civvy in black (USA made). Waiting for the post now, hopefully it will be an improvement on the thin ‘cosplay’ Alpha I landed earlier in the year and can’t seem to sell …looks like an N-3B but without the insulation :-)
Crazy little thing but it is a thing. Two cylinder Twin Air was also put in some smaller Alfas but was recently discontinued on economy grounds and replaced by either a diesel or mild hybrid. Spirited drive for something under 900 cc..reminds me of a motorcycle I once owned :-)
I’ve gone from Abarth 595’s to a Fiat Panda Cross 4X4 with a wacky 2 cylinder engine with turbo. It’s a jacked up and pimped up Panda but extremely enjoyable to drive and comfortable to boot. Great for our shocking roads in some parts of the UK & recent very wet weather. Enough space now to...
Recently purchased a DJ Man Corp N-3B from 2003, very well made parka if somewhat lacking the vintage feel of earlier coats. It’s certainly wearable here in the UK from ‘chilly’ on down the temp scale…

I would hope you’d get £80 back on it without too much effort. I’d try £100 BIN to start (with offers) & come down slightly on that. USA made ones used to sell for as little as £45 a few years back & I have a few of the cleaner examples from that period. Prices defo on the up these days….

Just ordered the Brakeman Cords & Jazz jumper which should both drop in Oct, took advantage of the 25% early order discount & will have something to look forwards to. Will have paid off the credit card too hopefully :)
If you wear it then keep it, if not I’d move it on. Took me a number of years but all leather jackets in my stable are now wearers that I’m more than happy with (6). No room for wardrobe queens…
Ordered a pair of SJC Cord trews that won’t ship until end of September, got a discount for the advanced order & payment. By the time they drop I will more or less have forgotten about them and the $ paid. Will almost feel like a free pair of pants :)
I have been buying his attire for years and can affirm that it is of the most excellent quality and that customer service has been faultless. I’m currently looking to spend more ££££ with regard to his 2023 Winter collection…In fact today I wore two of his jackets in response to changing weather...
