That's a good idea, especially if the color is close to the jacket's color. I've got one that's a little short in terms of sleeve length. But fortunately it comes with black storm cuffs which makes the sleeves look fine imo.
It's a little more visible on the right sleeve below.
It looks pretty good overall.
The sleeve length to me is at the borderline. Any shorter and I probably wouldn't like wearing it.
Most on here prefer longer sleeves though. (around the base of the thumb)
I think when you say too much room in the upper arms, seems like you're mostly referring to...
Sheesh... that stitching is trash
Not trying to say the seller wasn't misleading, but if they were vague about arm length and wouldn't provide a pic of the measurement, that's a big red flag. And you could have saved yourself the headache and disappointment you have to go through now.
All I...
That's unfortunate, definitely a big difference in the sleeve length between the black and brown jackets. I have no idea if the seller was insisting it was unaltered due to ignorance or intention. But to reiterate from earlier, if I was spending FW $$$, I would definitely have asked for pics of...
That's too bad - I understand that you already have a caboose in 40 that fit fine and that you probably didn't feel the need to confirm measurements with the seller.
However, that should be the first step before buying - you never know what modifications the jacket has been through.
No such thing. In fact, an additional benefit of overconditioning is that you can turn back the clock
EDIT: @Johnny Deadlifts I tried to quote your post from the other thread, but it wouldn't let me :)
$600 LW Russet Brown Ryder... tagged size 46 but fits 40 according to seller.
Not sure how accurate as there are no measuerments, so have to confirm with seller if interested
EDIT: Looks like it went thru zipper change, i.e. 2-way zipper...
Easy fix... implement a buy now pay later method, that way you could feel like you're paid for the effort
Who doesn't like a big pay day at the end of a project
my bad, welcome to genpop...
that ebay account actually belongs to Stuart, the owner of Lost Worlds. He's notorious on here for better or for worse ;)
imo, they're the best maker I've come across - extremely responsive, immaculate product, minimal hassle and stick to timelines. I've only had...
Very nice... the faded seams give it a very cell-shaded look which I dig.
On another note, seeing LW and veg tan in the same sentence almost blew my mind :D
So in other words: facetune, a $hit ton of filters and a dash of AI?
I gotta hand it to you though, you got a good laugh from me. What started off as a fit check turned into a casual demo of anti-aging tech. TFL never disappoints ☺️
