    Agreed. I was going to write a book for Schiffer about 15 years ago about Post war shirts and while doing my research, found that it was because of the Dupont factory burning down, taking the original Rayon formula with it :( Rayon was never the same.

    Brylcreem and Royal Crown in all you need. First, apply the Brylcreem to get the sheen, then hold it with a thin layer of RC to keep in place. Brylcreem is perfect for thinning hair.

    All I can say is thank God for John Hughes. When the 80's become nostalgic (it already has for many), John Hughes will be credited for capturing it exactly the way it happened and looked. No one can do it better than he did.

    Happy Days except the first season. The rest was horrible, especially Potsy. I think Hollywood does a terrible job portraying the 50's. They end up making everyone look like a caricature.

    We're loaded up with everything, yet I only watch HGTV, DIY and of course Mad Men when it returns next month. My wife on the other hand lives in front of the tube. If it weren't for her, I'd use the TV as a target.

    What I find disturbing is how society has already gone down the path of censoring history. That is the way things were back then and it is good to see how far we've come. We need things like this to remind us of what not to do. If it's censored, how will next generations know what not to do...
