I recently got a Borsalino hat (1980's) with the bow on
the Right side , first hat that I have seen with it.

Any one have feedback or other hats with a bow on the Right
and also Why are ribbons on the Left ?

The practice goes back a long way when men wore hats with large feather plumes and carried swords. Feathers on the left kept them out of the way when sword fighting at the pub.

Hey , good to know . I always thought the bow at the rear was feminine .

The back bow (which is hard to find info on here on the lounge) seems to have been a style option in the 1920s and then had a reappearance in the 1950s. They don't seem to be that common.

Not common at all. I owned a 1950's version but it was a stingy brim. I have made a few but prefer the box bow with wide sharks gills placed on the side.
