That was fast! I didnt even realize they were selling HW001s. It looks slightly shorter in length than my HW004.

According to Rivet and Hide's size chart, the HW001 is a bit shorter and has wider chest and shoulder measurements. This works out great for me since I have a wider chest and shoulders than could be reasonably accomodated by the cut of the hw004 in my normal size. I usually wear a 40 in more western brands and a 42 in the hw001 fits me great.

Hi,

Is the HW004 the successor of the HW001 ?
And is the HW001 no longer in production then?

Thanks.

Considering getting a Flat Head Delraiser or a regular double rider, leaning towards the Delraiser.

Am I correct in assuming that the size 40 Delraiser would be an ideal fit for me if a size 40 HS005 single rider is just a little bit too big for me? The measurements are around an inch smaller all around. The sleeves on my HS005 actually look a bit shorter on my hands than in wmarinez' photos above but I'm still a bit bothered by them extending past my wrists the way they are even though rider jacket sleeves are supposed to be long. Even before getting into aesthetics I just don't like how it feels. My size 38 RC Hercules has a sleeve length I'm happy with even though it's a bit more restrictive than my HS005. I feel like the size 40 Delraiser SHOULD be a perfect fit since the sizing seems to fall between the size 40 HS005 and size 38 Hercules while also having an action back.

What is your height and weight, if I may ask? Asking since I am considering the RC Hercules and unsure between 38 and 40.

5'8'' and currently I fluctuate a few pounds around 150lbs, when I got the Hercules I was around 160lbs. Chest is also ~38 inches. When I was deciding on the sizing I went with a 38 because DudsByDel wears a size 40 at 5'9'' 175lbs with a 40'' chest and the size 40's sleeves looked a bit long on him which I didn't want for myself. Although there's a part of me that thinks I should have gotten a size 40 since I definitely feel noticeably more resistance when layering, extending my arms, crossing my arms, etc compared to my other jackets I still believe it's my best fitting jacket aesthetically.
