Czech Republicans: Tonak, Huckel, no name

I bought this modern Tonak because of it's color and model. The color turned out to be ice grey/blue. Really like that. It's brand new and it was a bargain. It also has great proportions for a modern hat, so what's not to like? What a beautiful hat: Congrats! You can see the quality of the velour felt from the pictures.
Like Marcel, I think it's an early one, based on the liner material, the sweat band an the celled paper label (that looks like the pre war paper tags but without the Hückel crest etc.) - so my guess is very likely late 40s/early 50s.
But Steve will know better.

Mark, Congrats! Super find! It's an early Tonak. Possibly late 1940s. Is it "Anti." or "Antl." on the paper label. It looks like Seal Velour. Is there anything under Tonak on the liner logo?

No, just scrolls.....in the logo itself. Nothing on the tip but the simple logo. It really is one heck of a fine velour!

Modern Tonak i think. Not sure about the age of it. I bought this for 5 euro's and the felt is great of this one. Glad i picked it up!
