Ordering directly from Mushmans shipping to U.S.

Hope you're all already looking forward to a terrific weekend. Quick question: has anyone ordered anything directly from MUshmans Japan and had it shipped to the U.S.?

I'm inquiring because I'm looking for information on the tariffs - are they assessed by Mushmans at the time the order is placed, or are they charged by the shipping company when they item(s) is to be delivered?

I've reached out to Mushmans directly but have not received a response, thought I'd ask you all. Thanks in advance for the consideration, I appreciate it and I'm looking forward to speaking with you soon. Take care.

Hi I purchased a jacket from Mushmans a couple months ago and decided to use the ZenMarket process that pops up at the bottom of the screen when on the Mushman's online shop - overall all a good experience. I also sent a DM on the Mushman's IG account and I heard back from Ryohei pretty quickly there (and by email) - very nice and helpful in the messages and offered to complete the purchase by sending me an invoice and simply using paypal, but I had already started the ZenMarket process. I think the overall cost might have been a little less if I didn't use ZenMarket but it was fairly easy to figure out and the ZenMarket communication and tracking was good. I noticed that sometimes the translation on the Mushmans web site worked well but sometimes I also needed to copy into google translate some of the details. I wish I could visit the Mushmans store in person - maybe someday... Best, Daniel
