My wife and I mountain biked the Bitterroot Loop back in 2014 or thereabouts. Harrison ID, Kellogg, Wallace, Avery, to St Marys back to Harrison.......but we had the bad fortune of doing it during a heat wave. The 95degree days were a struggle. . Overall it was a peak experience
Very nice — I’ve heard great things about that loop. The section of the Bitterroot in my pic is somewhere just south of Missoula. There is a dedicated paved bike path between Missoula and Hamilton that I used to ride but now I mostly just hike along rivers and carry some fly rods with me :).

Yes, we cycled that route as well. We love Missoula, esp Kettle House brewing and the french bakery just around the corner.

Another Sunday of plentiful riches, indeed, Stefan! I'm going to choose the Borsalino as #1, the Morreton as #2, and the Mayser as #3. I also LOVE your blue and cream tie!!

Were getting a bit of a break from the brutally hot sun.... but its been replaced with off and on monsoon storms all day. This morning I can tell the weather is waiting for me to step outside before it starts... so its Akubra time for the morning coffee trip. This one is a Boomerang with a 3-1/2" brim in case I need a bit more rain coverage. Supposedly when todays front moves through, were going to have two or three days with a high of 80.....should be able to get out and about in felts for a couple days.

Very nice, Rick. Love the understated. classical, simplicity of the leather hatband.
