This hat is branded Ugo Puri - Sooros(that seems the name of the hats or type); the shop was in Rome some years ago.

It's a Homburg or maybe a Lord hat with a unique feature: it's lightweight.

It's a size 59/60, and the finish, as you can see from the inside, is superb.

The felt is very thin, and with the slightest touch, it can stretch or lose its shape.

The contrast between the ribbon and the brim trim is very interesting.
Who made the hat? Ugo Puri says it was made specifically for his shop, and someone tore the paper label.

I've tried to speculate, but none of the large or even medium-sized Italian brands carry this style.
I believe, and am almost certain, that the hat was saved by Stefan, who generously exchanged it with me.
