I got this pair of Chelseas from Lennertson last black Friday as I was looking for a dressier pair of boots.
Really pleased with them so far.
Made in Portugal and pretty well I'd say.
The fit is almost perfect. I'd like a little more room on the right foot instep as it can get uncomfortable after a while if my foot is dangling. When I'm on my feet or sitting properly at my desk it's no issue though so I guess I just need a better posture... They are still fairly stiff so I'm confident it will eventually subside.

I really like these are they a leather sole? How is the fit compared to a Trickers Stow or Bourton?
Yep, leather soles. All my Trickers are (stow among others) are built on last 4497s. The Lennons are same size they fit however larger; the trickers are worn with relatively thin socks, the Lennon can be worn with thick woolen ones.

Timberland Smuggler's Notch in "Darkness Grey"

Bought them 6 years ago, it was the last pair available at a local store, heavily discounted, I paid ~60 EUR for them. They're one size bigger than what I normally wear but they fit well.

It's too bad they don't make this model anymore.

These look great. From when the brand dabbled in heritage Goodyear welt offerings a few years ago.

I indulged (again). John Lofgren Service Boot.

I wanted to try JF for a long time. I can’t do their Engineers due to the tiny instep. I also convinced myself I needed a pair of rough out boots.

JF also does the “Boondockers” boot which would be the US Navy equivalent of this Army boot. I couldn’t find a difference but for the last, so one can go by fit preference.

Craftsmanship and comfort are super. I sized according to my RedWings which gives me plenty of room. Sizing down 0,5 would probably work, but it feels good as it is.

Optics are spectacular. Already received a ton of compliments, just three hours into my day.
