Thanks BB. I like a nice vintage OC. A Tatton Baird came to me & it had never been creased. Blocking was ok for OC but I didn’t care for the chocolate 3-cord on OC, so I creased it. I may want to rethink that.

Let me get one small concern out of the way: I thank everyone who wrote or mentioned me.
I haven't been following the threads closely, and I've certainly missed something.
Too many "social" commitments with Christmas approaching...
For the furry hat series already in the collection, I show this Borsalino Qualità Extra Superiore in "Salice" color with a matching ribbon.
The felt and the color aren't the best for show and the grey day wasn't exactly perfect for it.
Borsalino made numerous fur-finished felt hats; what always struck me were the colors used to dye the felt and the different finishes for each color.
We know that Borsalino, when they were in vogue, could make some excellent creations.
