Pretty cool feature that I hadn't noticed !Thankya, Tim!
One of them with the hidden stitches on the sweatband for looks and comfort. Wish it would’ve been done on more of these vintage hats and the new ones, too! View attachment 712676
For just that reason I went with the same hat in the Blue Milan straw version. Good choice regardless with material you choose.Stetson Stratoliner is doing it for me this morning but temps are expected to be in the 90s so it probably won't stay on my head all day.lol.
Solid!Thought id give an older (late 50s?) Royal Stetson a run outside this morning. Wide brim binding steers me toward it being a Whipettish looking little thing, but nothing on the sweatband and the liner was missing when I got it.... so its just a decent older Royal. Definitely has some serious mileage on it, but the felt is smooth and soft, its nicely shapable, and the sweatband is in decent shape... so its a good wearing hat
Going to be another warm humid day, so Im sure Ill be transitioning into straw soon after my first morning outing

Thanks, Randall!Looks excellent, your Executiveness!
Thanks, Timmy! You wear it well Mark !
Another amazingly awesome array of absolute beauties, Eric!Good morning. Yesterday evening I enjoyed a couple panama hats. I sauntered about the property wearing a vintage Stetson straw. This optimo creased straw is in pristine condition. Taking it off and looking at the mesh sided liner always garners appreciation.

I changed and went to enjoy a light breeze. A big brimmed Supernatural Tulcan Genuine Panama. This is a light as a feather panama hat.

This morning's 60'f temps are enjoyable after the heat wave of this past weekend. I wore the "other Stetson" fedora for a dog soirée.
