You may have sprained my brain with this week's selections, Stefan. I had to back and forth and forth and back, repeatedly, to make my decisions. SO many wonderful choices, sir! Wow!!! That felt looks AMAZING for a hat that's probably somewhere in its nineties, Steve!Anton Peschel Neutitschein "Kristall", possibly later 1930s. Found this Soft Felt back in 2021.

My days as head-honcho have long gone Joe, but you are most perceptive. Any miscreant standing before me in my office, shifting uncomfortably from one foot to the other, got "The Look." A peer over the rim of my specs, it was pure napalm.
That hat though, was extremely versatile, whilst it gave levity, as Stefan pointed out, it also became the perfect foil when topping a sunshine appearance if I didn't want to wear a straw.

It is a nylon/silk/grosgrain ish material wrapped around the sweatband.
Don't really notice a difference between it and straight leather...

Its monday morning and Im in dire need of some coffee. Heading out to fix that issue in a 4x Stetson Giant. Love the modest brim curl on this one. It had a little bit of a curl when I got it, but I tweaked a bit more brim curl/ roll onto the sides and just a bit more down-swoop in front and back (Im having too much fun with the curling tool lol)
