Rehfus & Cie. "Kolibri / Hummingbird", possibly late 1950s early 1960s. I found this Soft Felt back in August 2024.

That is a STUNNING hat, Robert!!
Such a kind compliment, thank you Mark. Tell you what, you made my lady's day, my hat of choice was her suggestion.
Today's hat was also my lady's choice. On the: "What Are You Wearing," thread I posted an outfit that my talented wife had made for me. The hat I chose was the Stetson Sovereign, but Tina said that the bespoke light grey was a better choice. She's my gal, later on, when we go to church, I shall recreate the: What Are You wearing, look.

If that outfit won't get the church ladies swooning, I don't know what will. The light hat brings just that bit of levity that is needed.
Nice one, Marcel.

Such a compliment Stefan, much appreciated. Tina's talent is amazing, it' a privilege to wear all that she makes for me.
We are, for once, Tina and I that is, in accord, The Mossant, such a rich colour, so stylish, you make our Sunday.

Panama hats for Etsuko and I today for a Costco run. Etsuko debuted her new Wolfbrae…

The ribbon, like mine from a little while back, was made from a kimono offcut that we provided.
IMG_3615.jpeg

I went for my MontEquador Hats Panama, as my Wolfbrae has too big a brim for a longish drive.

Later, we enjoyed the dining outside in the late afternoon as the heat dissipated.

I’ve posted the Jingisukan pan before. The meat cooks on the dome, and the veggies cook in the fat and juices that run off the meat. @AbbaDatDeHat, did you ever get one of these?
I wore my regular barbecue hat for the outdoor dining.

Wow, what an assemblage of fine hats this morning ! Seems like everyone is breaking out their "Sunday best" hats for the occasion. Here's my new Royal DeLuxe Stetson that arrived a few days ago. Y'all ever buy a hat & then be scared to wear it for fear you will get it dirty ? I'm the kinda guy that can simply glance at a hat this WHITE & end up with a smudge or fingerprint on it so I am amazed that it has survived all these years & still be so pristine.

Cool hats and food pics! Doesn't get better than that. It's all looking great, Gary.

That Mossant is something special.
Thank you, Jeff.
