I understand what you are saying. However, there are several other BL outhere that are several notches above this one. My favorite BL hide is the red undertone thick black one used in the 80's.

I had a Police jacket (NYPD/Philly style) in that hide. Really nice.
Edit: From Monitor. If you find his classified of the jacket it may have all the detail he is famous for.

Yea, it wasn't actually a Mulholland though. It was a Bootleggers Buena Vista in goatskin. Those can be found used for that price on YJ every now & then.
