Nice Simmons Bilt
Last weekend I visited the Prada store, check out the poster. I'm sure they had a good look at German jackets from the 50s / 60s.

On the subject of prison stripe(?) trousers, Bob Dong makes some heavyweight (16oz) cotton canvas ones I've been eyeing recently (but probably won't ever buy)! Think it's a 33L...

John Lofgren Monkey Boots Shinki Horsebuttt - $1,136 The classic monkey boot silhouette in an incredibly rich Shinki russet horse leather.
Grant Stone Diesel Boot Dark Olive Chromexcel - $395 Goodyear welted, Horween Chromexcel, classic good looks.
Schott 568 Vandals Jacket - $1,250 The classic Perfecto motorcycle jacket, in a very special limited-edition Schott double rider style. Quite fancied these myself, though while Bob Dong seem to top out there jackets about a size below what I'd need, it's even worse with the trousers. There's a possibility I will get down to a 38waist again, but it won't be any time soon, and I can't honestly say I'd risk buying a pair of trousers by mail knowing that I was their worst case scenario,. size-wise. Pity, but if brands like Bronson and Bob Dong are going to crack the Western market, I think they're limiting themselves if they don't grade up into bigger sizes. UNless of course they're taking the A&F approach..... "We don't want you in our stuff, fat boy!"
Funnily enough I can’t buy Bronson because their smallest sizes are still too big for my (Asian) frame. Had assumed they were aiming West but apparently it’s just a weirdly small window of sizes they cater to. Odd!
