Same seller even has a “Vanson leather dress” for sale, although I couldn’t figure out from its picture how that item serve as a dress.

This is a "Hair On" jacket I would wear, but do to cost will never wear. Found on ebay from Japanese seller. Around a size 42/44. I have seen several other jackets by this Denver maker. This one is from the 50s.
