Good evening everyone. While I was boxing up the straws and surveying the felts for autumn service; I came across this old hat tucked away in the corner of the attic. I have had it for awhile, but have never worn it until today.

A rarely worn Dobbs Temptation today. Darkest brown felt i own.

Sunny day after a rainy night

Borsalino Qualità Superiore, color of the felt is "Amiata" no other indication

Felt is very malleable and at the cost of repeating myself this is a dark Amiata, the colors are not always the same even at Borsalino

The ribbon is the same color as the felt as well as the trim on the brims

There is no more grapes behind me, the harvest was completed last week.

Today, I have as many exes on my head as Elizabeth Taylor.

That Camp Draft appears to have a cut brim. Did you do that, or did it come to you that way? If so, what is the new brim measurement? You have me curious.

I did it. I just trimmed off the binding and it measures right at 2.5". I just can't leave good enough alone!
