Love the color combo.
Did you steal the feather from Bob Roberts shop?

Im sure it's gonna vary from hat to hat but this brim is narrow with a god awful cup to the flange. Crown is too short and the pinches are poorly defined. Also some gaping in the weave. Be forewarned and try it on first. No way that hat is worth it's going retail price.I had my eye on the Brewster panama cuz it's on the shelf over at Village Hat Shop in downtown San Diego. What issues are there?

What's so bad about it? I can't tell from the pic... how does it compare to your Norwood? Is it mostly the price, or....Bought it summer before last.
You did it again, another excellent effort resulting in a top rate lid... and what a color! Love the navy!Actually, no. Agnoulita (AKA "The Hat Company") was giving me severely poor service due to an injury suffered by the shopkeeper. No dig against the company -- accidents happen -- but I figured I would give the store time to recover its groove before placing an order.
The fur on this one is from ManHatCo. I'll be calling them this weekend to see about that beaver fur they said they'd be offering...
Hat ***** period. What's so bad about it? I can't tell from the pic... how does it compare to your Norwood? Is it mostly the price, or....

Some beater indeed, I have a similar one in chocolate. Mrs. Seraph dosent do hats but she can shoot. Sounds like a pleasant outing.Lil' Fed and I got some lunch and then headed to the range. Her request. We took a 9mm ***** and a 41 mag Freedom Arms model 97 revolver. She was punching bullseyes by the time we left.
Getting warm here, but we were in the shade for the most part. I wore the Wormser Milan and Lil' Fed wore her ~ late 50's/early 60's Royal Stetson... it's a so-called "beater" an ebay seller threw in as an extra after I got her the Knox Tom 'n' Jerry and the Stetson blue heathered felt Royal Stetson for her birthday. Some beater!

You keep coming up with some of the best hats............now your mission (should you chose to accept) is to find one (or a few) in size 60 (or 61 depending on the hat) you are willing part with......;-))))))Wegener probably late 1920s.
