Stetson Bantam (Air-Light)

Air-Light but holds its shape beautifully, definitely superior to Post-War models. Crown is about 5-3/4" high with a rather flat-topped square block. Brim is 2-5/16" with a single line of stitching but raw edge with a slight curl at the edge extremity. Vent holes. More in the BANTAM Bar...

I had my first 'bash' with a vintage hat, a Western Royal Stetson I bagged off Ebay for the princely sum of £18! Here's the hat as was:

The inside band & tag, any idea when this dates from?

And the finished bash! Think I did quite well for a first effort, thanks to Jimmy The Lid's "Teardrop Workshop"!
