Your take on the Cossack jacket?

Being a style popular in the 20's-30's, I like it with buttons and boxy, on the "cropped" side, so to wear it well with high waist pants. I really dislike cossaks wit the 70s pattern (long) that unbalance the style (imho). I agree with the ones saying that buttons require soft leather. I have an Himel's and I think that David is a true master in this style

I agree on fit. Most of the worst looking leathers I've ever seen clearly started off with someone saying "....but I want to wear my trousers markedly south of my natural waist, so we'll just length then jacket to compensate for that...."
