But when it comes to the "usual" back pain, I can only tell you this. I started Vitamin D3 (OTC medic) in mid 2016 (age 31/32), which I already mentioned here, and since then no back pain ever came back.
But this is of course not back pain of aging topic.

This is one of the reasons I keep my keys in one pocket, coins/change in another, my wallet in another, and so on. And, unless I have a good reason not to, make sure I return them all to those pockets just as soon as I possibly can. Doing that has really cut down on the amount of time I waste looking for those items when I need them.

Knowing what a PITA losing one’s keys and/or wallet (debit cards, insurance cards, driver’s license, etc.) can be, I find myself checking the whereabouts of those items before turning in for the night.

Oh, yes. The nightly ritual of making sure that my wallet and phone and keys and glasses are all where they should be before going to sleep. To that, my wife adds the ritual of making sure the coffee is set up to go in the morning with a flip of the switch.

In my earlier life the checklist before leaving the motel with my traveling companions was “spectacles, testicles, wallet, watch.”
These days you’d add “smartphone“ and drop “watch,” in most cases.
