Chiming in as I have the same jacket in size 44.

The “saddle-horse” leather is among my absolute favourites. Thick, spongy, yet very easy wearing.

You can check measurements on the website of The Shop too. They are absolutely accurate.
The jacket fits pretty boxy. And short. The “full action back“ guarantees a good range of motion, so one could say it fits a bit more generous than the actual numbers may suggest.

If you’re after a treat for yourself: this is absolutely your ticket.

I am 183cm and fluctuating around 82kg. My chest is 42” or a tad more, depending on fitness.

guys these natural hides develop so nicely. I am wearing my rainbow Coutny Speedster in natural, and even in this cold winter is still changing every time I wear it. Something as little as the belt in the car makes a mark on the leather so, so they really take the shape of you and grow with your personality. This hide has become one of my favorite hides to wear. If I didn't have a crosszip, this would have been mine. loooool

Yes, I am very happy with it. This one’s not going anywhere.

I ordered a size 46 originally (I wear a 46 in Y2’s western shirt and the Chore Coat), although TJ suggested otherwise. Tried to wear it for a year as I loved everything but the fit, then sold and re-bought in 44. Expensive mistake but I am glad I corrected it. Such a great piece!

It can take a drizzle etc. without issue, but I wouldn’t wear it in heavy rain. It’s pretty open-pored and will soak up water like a sponge. Tricky to dry up without damaging the leather.

TJ has some posts (both on the website and on his Insta) when he got the jacket soaking wet during an extended bike ride. The jacket still looks great but has lost what appears to be one size during the drying.

Also wondering how easily the hide marks with, for example, rucksack straps. Not that this would be a problem, necessarily, but I'm thinking how my everyday would wear and distress the leather.

Sorry, with no interest originally I just started wearing frequently and have decided to just hang onto. One of the ones I'm not going to regret selling for all the same reason @Tom71 mentions. Its a great jacket
