Wtt my Clinch brass Tokyo GRAHAM boots for RDT Caspers Size 8, gleaners 8.5 or 9, coupen 8 or 8.5 low moc but happy to talk if you have anything else ~ Also whites semi dress or 350 cruisers, ZERROWS, SKOOOB, attractions, the two monkeys, ilofgrens all around the same sizing I’ve put.

The clinch ‘s are in suburb condition worn 10x max they are built in the MR last and very very secure and comfortable the leather is French embossed Kip super soft but very résiliant they are slept on but in my opinion one of the best shapes especially on foot they look amazing.

Hi and thanks. I’m a brannock 9e and have some Yeagers in the CN-S last 9.5US and they fit well will a little room at the toe and apart from the ******* instep which I’ve managed to break in from ‘horrific’ to a more manageable ‘slightly painful’
How is the width and instep on these? I’m not familiar with that last.

I think you’ll prefer the MR LAST which these Grahams are done on, they offer a wider last and instep etc. they give good room at the toe also but If you’re on the wider side the mr last will be the one for you thats for sure ;)

All these are awesome, I think it’s between the addict or the rdt just a little question, cause i wear a insole as I’m diabetic and need to take care of my feet are either of these boots I like able to support a insole in your opinion?

Hi. I wear a pedag 1/2 insole in both. They support the arches. With the Addicts because they’re so new, the instep is still a little tight so I take the insoles out after a couple hours but I haven’t had a chance to wear these much as I only just got them. I ordered them last year sometime and kind of forgot they were coming. They’re really cool boots though. Pretty much box fresh still.

They slide into the gleaners perfectly though which was surprising because they’re such a sleek design.

If it’s a full insole you’re talking then I’d say the Addicts have the room at the toes to support that but the instep will need breaking in some more. On the second day I wore them I could already feel them easing and the guy from Stitchdown said his were fine after a couple of weeks. They also come with a removable leather insole I guess for that happy time when they finally fit. There HB teacore so you’ll get to put all that patina and rolls on for yourself.

that sounds promising man, yeh cause I do use a full insole to the toes, do you think that would work with the gleaners? I love both of them. Do the gleaners run large? I’ve had the coupens and ordered the Caspers and they say to size a full size down so a 8 in both those would equal out to a 9 so just wondering if the gleaners would be on point as a 9 as it doesnt say much to size down actually says to stay tts

I’ve got some Caspers also Skrit which is the pull on kind of peco version and it’s 8.5 all the way. I had some 8.5 gleaners and while the length was ok the heel to ball wasn’t and I had to move them on. I’ve had a thin Birkenstock insole in them and they’re fine. If you send a pic of yours I can advise.

And btw when I got the 9 gleaners and still had the 8.5 there wasn’t any discernible difference in length side by side. Plus wil the Caspers a little extra length is kind of nice for some toe spring and those crazy creases.

Gleaners on the left Addicts on the right. Not much in it but you can see the Addicts have a bit of a toe box

And BTW I’d be happy to pay for the grahams too if you can’t decide on a trade I love both those boots but I’ve become a bit of a clinch fanboy now and I rarely see any here in my size.

Thanks for all the information. I’m def down on a trade as anyway these are boots that I’ll end up wanting to buy amd we both know it’s a mission trying to get hands on them haha. Btw are the Caspers up for a trade or you want to keep them? What colour are they? If not I think the addicts would be the ones to go for for me.. or if you don’t want to let go I’m easily happy with the gleaners. I live in France so a essy ship can be arranged :)

I say that now but I. Just gonna keep looking at the gleaners and addicts and if the Caspers are up for trade then I’ll take that into account but I’ll sleep on which one I think will work after a bit of reasrch the innersole inhale is prob a inch and the heal of the foot and the tappers down to a thinnner part at the mid part and toes just for ref. ut super happy to do the trade, you will love the clinch‘s they’re a beautiful and comfortable boot amd glad you have a few options here to make a great trade :)

I want to keep the Caspers unfortunately they’re the brown horse from Rivet and Hide. Let me know what you think I’m in London so shipping will be easy for us. Seb.

No stress I just ordered the brown horse hide from lost and found wax hoping they were a black pair no stress I’m sure we will both enjoy. Just out of interest sake do you have whites semi dress boots or any others that may be of interest?
