WTB: WWII Navy 10 Button Peacoat in size 46

I'm looking to purchase a WWII Navy Peacoat in a size 46. I currently have a Sterlingwear in 44 and its a little tight as I can't bring my arms up parallel with the floor. My chest measures 45. It doesn't need to be perfect, but not ratty either. I live in Georgia, let me know if you can help me out.
